Hello All. Happy Monday! As promised at our most recent ward panel I will be doing a setly/weekly update of what we have been doing over the set and any updates to crime in the local area. Over the weekend we were tasked to go after prolific offenders and were also abstracted to help keep London safe during the Semi-Finals and Finals with almost all officers at our base abstracted to assist. What we have done: On Thursday the 16th, we arrested a burglary nominal for six total offences across the borough and remanded to court where they are now on court bailOn Friday the 17th, we have gone out on Parson's Green patrols and arrested a well-known shoplifter and a well-known burglar for Failing to Appear at Court and Breach of their TAG respectively in which they were remanded to court over the weekend and they will appear before court today.On Saturday the 18th, a highly prolific shoplifter was arrested for Failing to Appear for more than 30 offences after attempting to disguise themselves with a WIG as part of Operation LOCATE. They will appear before court today and I shall be at court in attempt to gain a Criminal Behaviour against the suspect.Reassurance patrols around Mosques and Parson’s Green area during these late shifts to reassure members of the Muslim Community during evening prayers due to recent events of Hate Crime against their community.Assistance and working with the community to make sure the Finals and Semi Finals of the World Cup in London were policed safely. SNT were tasked around patrolling local pubs and I myself was acting up to engage with local partners as Community Sergeant for the BCU.Crimes of Note: No crimes of note over the weekend
